Cubic Global Defense (CGD), a business unit of Cubic Corporation
(NYSE: CUB), today announced James T. Blake, Ph.D., senior vice
president of integrated training solutions, will be participating
in a panel to discuss training and technology prerequisite for
success in multi-domain battle at the Association of the United
States Army’s (AUSA) Global Force Symposium and Exposition in
Huntsville, Alabama from March 13 – 15. In addition, Cubic’s GATR
Technologies, which operates under Cubic Mission Solutions (CMS),
will showcase their line of portable, inflatable satellite
communications (SATCOM) antennas at the event.
“Success in a multi-domain battle will require an unprecedented
level of situational awareness across our formations. Leveraging
our current training enablers at Homestations and focusing on
performance-based training are essential for achieving and
maintaining appropriate readiness levels,” said Blake. “I look
forward to addressing the needed modifications to training,
technology and materiel for the Army with my military
colleagues.”
At the event, Blake will participate in the following panel:

ultra-portable satellite antennas that perform similar to rigid
deployable antennas of similar size, but up to 90 percent reduction
in the logistical size/weight of those systems:
- 1.2-meter man-packable satellite
terminal.
- 2.4-meter ultra-portable satellite
terminal.
The AUSA Global Forces Symposium and Exposition explores the
capabilities outlined in the Army Operating Concept and how the
force transforms from being adaptive to driving innovation for
Force 2025 and beyond. Senior military and industry leaders attend
the event to address critical points of acquisition, research and
development as well as partnerships between military and
