Shadi Albert to Senior
Vice President, Regional Manager, for Selective's Southwest
Region. Mr. Albert joined Selective in April 2013 as Assistant Vice President,
Reinsurance, and most recently served as Vice President, Director
of Field Operations. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Vice
President, Rating Agency & ERM Advisory at Towers Watson. Mr.
Albert holds a Master of Business Administration, with a
concentration in Finance, from St.
Joseph's University in Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's degree in
Finance and Risk Management from Temple
University in Pennsylvania.
He holds designations as a Chartered Property and Casualty
Underwriter, an Associate in Reinsurance and an Associate in Risk
Management.
Eva Gonzalez to Vice
President, Commercial Lines Underwriting. Ms. Gonzalez joined
Selective in 2013 as Assistant Vice President, Line of Business
Manager. Prior to that, she served as Commercial Lines Underwriting
Officer for CNA. Ms. Gonzalez earned a bachelor's degree in English
from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Deana Lykins to Vice
President, Corporate Counsel and Government Affairs Director. Ms.
Lykins joined Selective in December
2016. Prior to that, she served as Regional Director and
Legislative Counsel at CSAA Insurance Group, and was President of
the Insurance Council of New
Jersey. Ms. Lykins earned a J.D. from American University in Washington, D.C. and a bachelor's degree in
Journalism from the University of Kentucky.
Dawn Klco to Vice
President, Underwriting, for Selective's Heartland Region. Ms. Klco
joined Selective in 2013 as a Territory Manager for the state of
Michigan. Prior to that, she
served as a Territory Manager at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance
Company. Ms. Klco holds designations as an Associate in
Underwriting (AU), a Certified Workers Compensation Professional
(CWCP) and a Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS). She
is also a licensed Property & Casualty Agent.
John Rhodes to Vice
President, Underwriting, for Selective's Southern Region. Mr.
Rhodes joined Selective in January
2017. Prior to that, he served as Senior Underwriting
Manager at Liberty Mutual. Mr. Rhodes earned his Master of Arts in
Counseling Psychology from Dallas Baptist
University and a bachelor's degree in Business and
Psychology from Baylor University, both
in Texas. He is a member of the
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Society.
Elaine Rae to Assistant
Vice President, Line of Business Manager. Ms. Rae joined Selective
in December 2016. Prior to that, she
served as Product Manager, Workers Compensation Product Line, at
the PMA Companies. Ms. Rae earned a bachelor's degree in Economics
from the University of Notre Dame in
Indiana.
