   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice steady.  Parboiled prices 
steady.  Second heads and Brewers steady to weak.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran 
mostly 20.00-30.00 lower; Millfeed steady to 10.00 lower; rice hulls mostly 
steady. 
   In California, medium grain milled rice steady.  Second heads and Brewers 
steady.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran and rice hulls steady. 
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Friday 17th, Mar 17 closed .005 lower at 9.335; 
May 17 closed .015 lower at 9.575; Jly 17 closed .015 lower at 9.835.  US dollar 
index on Friday settled at 100.95.
