Item 8.01 Other Events

On December 14, 2016, vTv Therapeutics Inc. issued a press release announcing positive data from its Phase 2 study evaluating TTP273, an oral small molecule GLP-1R agonist, for the treatment of Type 2 diabetes.

Through the Phase 2 study, TTP273 demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in HbA1c. The compound was well-tolerated, with negligible incidences of nausea and vomiting across all arms of the study. Trends toward weight loss were also observed.
