The Company could not, without unreasonable effort and expense, complete the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 within the prescribed time period because of delays in preparing the financial statements required to be included in the Company's Form 10-Q due to the Company’s restructuring during the third quarter and discontinuation of biopolymer operations which was completed in September 2016. In accordance with Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Company expects to file its Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

The subject report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 will reflect changes in the presentation of the Company’s results of operations for the 3-month and 9-month periods ended September 30, 2015, because of the discontinuation of the Company’s biopolymer operations that was completed during the third quarter of 2016. The results of operations for the 3-month and 9-month periods ended September 30, 2015 will be revised to separately reflect the results of continuing operations and the results of discontinued operations.
