Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 7, 2016, representatives of Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) presented a poster entitled “Comprehensive In Vivo Nonclinical Safety Assessment of NSI-189, a Small Molecule New Chemical Entity for the Treatment of Major Depressive Disorder,” at the 2016 American College of Toxicology Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland. A copy of the poster is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
