Twitter In Talks with Suitors, Including Salesforce, Google -CNBC's Faber

Twitter is moving closer to a potential sale, and has held
discussions with suitors, including Alphabet Inc.'s (GOOG) Google
and Salesforce.com Inc. (CRM), CNBC's David Faber reported Friday,
citing people familiar with the matter.
Twitter shares rose more than 18% to $22.08 after news of the
interest was reported by the financial network.
Other technology companies have expressed an interest in
Twitter, but those were not identified in the CNBC report. A deal
could materialize before the end of the year, Mr. Faber reported,
citing a person familiar with the matter.
