ENGAGES KPMG KOREA FOR M & A ACTIVITY

Markets: GDETD), today announced that it has formally opened
its Korean operations, including its business office in Seoul. The
Seoul office will be under the leadership of GDET CEO Dong Chung,
who will spend up to 50% of his time there, and day to day
operations will be headed up by Mr. Sam Yi Kim, Managing Director
for GDET Korea. We are now in a position to actively pursue our
strategic objectives in Asia, explained Chung, and establishing a
physical presence is the first step. GDET has several projects in
development that will either launch first in Korea or will be
co-produced in Korea for worldwide distribution which will be
announced in the coming weeks.
In addition to opening its offices, GDET has engaged the
services of KPMG Korea for the purpose of initiating strategic
merger and/or acquisition discussions with several firms. GDET
Koreas ultimate goal is to be listed on the KOSDAQ stock exchange,
aligned with its OTC Markets company.
