Quiksilver, Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2015 (the “Annual Report”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the audit of the Company’s financial statements has not yet been completed. The Company expects to file the Annual Report no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date, as permitted by Rule 12b-25.
