Consistent with prior disclosures by Crawford & Company (the “Company”), effective December 31, 2015, David A. Isaac’s employment relationship with the Company ceased. Mr. Isaac served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, Garden City Group, LLC, which is the subsidiary of the Company that comprises the Company’s Legal Settlement Administration segment.
