LAS VEGAS, NV--(NewMediaWire - Dec 21, 2015)
- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. (OTC
PINK: PNOW) parent Company of the Central
American-Caribbean online travel Agency (OTA) Oveedia (www.Oveedia.com), announced today, that through
the Company's subsidiary [ENetwork de Costa Rica], Oveedia is
currently being analyzed by Procomer, as a possible 'add-on' to the
organization's service offering -- accelerating Oveedia's
countrywide use and possible entry into Cuba, as the
country's first regional online travel
agency.
Procomer is a Costa Rican institution
which promotes the global exportation of goods and services from
the country. Procomer has the reach and influence to help push
Oveedia to the forefront of the Latin American (LATAM) travel
industry, filling the void in Central America and the Latin
speaking countries of the Caribbean -- which includes
becoming the first regional online travel agency in
Cuba. Formed in 1996, Procomer was founded based on the
Law of the Republic, number 7638; its mission, to facilitate and
promote investment and commerce throughout Costa Rica, Central
America and abroad.
"As Mr. Marcelo Claure of Sprint pointed out,
of the 3,000,000 tourists traveling to Cuba, 50,000 are American,"
stated Melvin Pereira, President & CEO of Pure Hospitality
Solutions, Inc. "This means that Cuba is an important opportunity
as it relates to Oveedia becoming the primary tourism hub for
Central America and the Latin speaking countries of the Caribbean.
Think about it, what other online travel agency markets all of
Cuba's hospitality properties to U.S. and global travelers? As of
today... No One! And now, after half a century, U.S. and Cuba to resume
scheduled flights, meaning, opportunity for whomever
becomes the first regional online travel agency in
Cuba. Similar to Nicaragua, Oveedia already has
the first-mover advantage."
The Company is excited to become the first regional
online travel agency in Cuba, as the country
has over 2,000 lodging locations, according to
TripAdvisor. With only a small percentage being listed on any
online travel agency, there is a real demand for an OTA, prominent
in the region, to give these properties a global and U.S.
presence.

Aside from the work being done with Procomer, Oveedia
anticipates further penetration in the region, with the
upcoming Expotur 2016. Oveedia will be a wholesaler at
the event, sitting next to some of the largest OTA's in the world
-- putting Oveedia 'center-stage' as a viable acquisition
target.
Mr. Pereira concluded, "with the on-going reservations Oveedia
is generating, along with the growing number of hotels listing with
us, so far, I'm pleased to say we're on track and excited for what
2016 has in store for PURE's shareholders."
