MIAMI BEACH, Fla., April 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Car Charging
Group, Inc. (OTCQB: CCGI) ("CarCharging"), the largest owner,
operator, and provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services,
today announced that it has finalized an agreement with the
Downtown Memphis Commission in
Memphis, Tennessee, for the
operation and maintenance of 12 Blink Level 2 EV chargers. As a
part of this agreement, CarCharging will own and operate the Blink
EV charging stations in the commission's garages on Gayoso Avenue,
N. Front Street, Peabody Place, and Washington Avenue.
"We are pleased to work with CarCharging to maintain and operate
the Blink EV chargers in downtown Memphis," said Jerome

EV charging stations a key part of our efforts to continue to make
Memphis into a cleaner, greener
metropolitan area, but we look forward to installing additional
chargers in the future in order to encourage electric vehicle
ownership and therefore, reducing overall emissions."
"Memphis is another important
geographic area that has committed to cleaner air by providing
Blink EV charging stations to serve the growing number of EV
owners," said Michael D. Farkas,
CarCharging's Founder and Chief Executive Officer. "We are grateful

cars, and accept payment with the Blink InCard or major credit card
via the Blink mobile application, Blink Network website, or Blink
customer support center. Blink's InCard provides drivers with
discounted charging fees for charging stations on the Blink
Network, the software that operates, monitors, and tracks the Blink
stations and all of its charging data. Drivers can pinpoint Blink
