GMEC Launches Artist Related Lingerie Brand onto China’s Consumer Markets in 2015

Great China Mania Holdings, Inc. (the "Company" or "GMEC"), a leading entertainment and media company, is pleased to announce the launching of a new brand, which sells female lingerie and home wear products in China through its ownership in LaaNaa (Asia) Holdings Limited (“LaNaa”). The Company has started filing paperwork for its 30% ownership of LaaNaa.

LaaNaa is the designer, manufacturer, and seller of female lingerie and home wear products. Its products are sold through its official website, www.laanaa.com, through Tmall.com, a leading e-commerce site in Asia, and through other outlets. LaaNaa is GMEC’s first partnership in creating its own brand that combines its artist’s lifestyle and image in a consumer products and fashion line, which cause GMEC being able to integrate its intangible entertainment business into tangible consumer products and brand name in the China’s consumer market.

LaaNaa has been funded with over US$4.5 million, out of which approximately US$650,000 upfront has already been received and the balance shall be received upon US$6.5 million sales target is achieved in 2015.
