Lottoarena Entertainment Plc (LOTO GX) - Change of CFO

Lottoarena Entertainment Plc (LOTO GX) notifies the market today that Mr. Ernst
Daus has stepped down from his position as CFO with immediate effect at the
request of the Board.

Differences over day to day operations, and Mr. Daus's geographical location
between Mr. Daus and the rest of the board and the main shareholders was the
reason for the Board's decision with immediate effect.

Mr. Thomas van Rooij (COO) will take over Mr. Daus's responsibilities and
become interim CFO with immediate effect until a new CFO is appointed, for whom
the search has commenced.

Lottoarena (LOTO GX) will make a further announcement to the market on this
matter once a new CFO has been selected.
