GNCC Capital, Inc. – CUSIP Number Change

GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC:GNCP) (“The Company”) confirms that it is making an application for a new CUSIP Number, as a one hour expedite request, on Monday November 24, 2014; following its re-domicile from Delaware to Wyoming.

The Company will file, on the OTC Markets Disclosure Service, as a Supplemental Information Filing, the new CUSIP Number.

The Transfer Agent to the Company will implement all necessary actions as are required and upon their receipt of the new CUSIP Number.
