Huron Consulting Group Receives Consulting Magazine Excellence in Social & Community Investment Award

Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of business consulting services, today announced that the Company has been recognized by Consulting magazine as a recipient of its inaugural Excellence in Social & Community Investment Achievement Award. Huron was selected for the Company’s Annual Day of Service.

Consulting magazine recognized Huron for its Annual Day of Service in which employees donate their time and talents to participate in community service projects and activities. Huron’s Annual Day of Service was born in 2012 when the Company celebrated its 10-year anniversary and is now in its third year. With this year’s Annual Day of Service, employees participated in more than 50 community service activities in 25 locales around the world resulting in nearly 3,900 employee volunteer hours.
