Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of business consulting services, today announced that the Company has been recognized by Consulting magazine as a recipient of its inaugural Excellence in Social & Community Investment Achievement Award. “We are honored to receive the Excellence in Social & Community Investment Achievement Award from Consulting magazine,” said C. Mark Hussey, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, Huron Consulting Group. “The success of Huron’s Annual Day of Service can be attributed directly to our employees who are fully vested in planning and executing the event. “Dress for Success has given almost 1 million women the confidence to walk into a job interview, ready to kick start their career and gain economic independence that is so critical to their home life and our communities,” said Joi Gordon, chief executive officer, Dress for Success Worldwide. “With this clothing donation from Huron employees during its Annual Day of Service, even more women will have the confidence to walk into any interview or office knowing that she is the right person for the job.”

Dress for Success Worldwide is an international not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
