VTech, Case No. 3:13-cv-03494-M and Spherix v.
Uniden, Case No. 3:13-cv-03496-M, both in the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
On October 27, 2014 Donald
Puckett, Skiermont Puckett, LLP co-founder, who has been
recognized as a 2014 Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters and the
publishers of Texas Monthly magazine,
represented Spherix and presented the Technology Tutorial
in a non-evidentiary presentation prepared for the educational
benefit of the Court in preparation of
the Markman hearing. The next step in this
case will be the Markman hearing which is scheduled for
November 21, 2014. Spherix
