the company to PPJ Healthcare Enterprises, Inc., effective Oct. 17,
2014.
In addition, the company is relocating its corporate domicile
from Reno, Nev. to Tampa, Fla. as a way to lower corporate
maintenance costs.
PPJ Enterprise Healthcare Enterprises, Inc. will continue to
maintain the stock ticker symbol PPJE, and the changes should not
affect the overall operations of the company beyond the maintenance
cost-savings.
The name change from PPJ Enterprise simply reflects a response
to the recent discovery of another, older and unrelated corporation
that uses a similar name, according to officials with PPJ
Healthcare Enterprises, Inc.
