in the upcoming month. Ceek is the gateway from the
two-dimensional web to the three-dimensional metaverse, a
next-generation, fully immersive entertainment and social Virtual
Reality (VR) platform featuring a combination of live, virtual and
augmented events and experiences designed for use with the Oculus
Rift and other consumer VR headgear. The audio for Next

The beta version of Ceek.com will have several pioneering

prescheduled events or for on demand and streaming content).
Late in November, Next Galaxy will bring to market what has been
a culmination of aggressive development to launch the demo version
of Ceek.com, positioning the Company ahead of the curve as an audio
VR innovator, content creation company and VR entertainment and
educational hub. In the past few months, the Ceek platform
has been successfully tested with multiple users worldwide
simultaneously watching 3D, 360-degree and standard content.
Completing the communal experience, users are able to communicate
through Ceek's real-time voice chat as if they were sitting next to
each other.
The beta version is merely a glimpse of the robust,
interconnected virtual world we are creating as we polish and
optimize for a finished product in 2015. Our team is
