UNION CITY, Calif., Oct. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Abaxis, Inc. (NasdaqGS: ABAX), has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per common share.  The dividend will be payable on December 16, 2014 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2014. 

Abaxis' previous quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share was paid on September 17, 2014.  Future dividends will be subject to approval by our Board of Directors.
