Patricia A. Hamm Joins Executive Leadership
Team
Datalink (NASDAQ:DTLK), a leading provider of data center
infrastructure and services, today announced that Patricia A. Hamm,
has joined the company as executive vice president of human
resources. An HR veteran with more than 30 years of leadership
experience, Hamm will provide strategic guidance to the company,
mature the HR department to support Datalink growth and manage
organizational strategies, operations and employee engagement
efforts.

Prior to joining Datalink, Hamm was vice president of global
human resources at Imation Corporation (NYSE: IMN), where she
aligned the company’s new strategic vision to organizational
programs. Her other experience includes senior human resources
positions with Petters Group Worldwide, Polaroid Corporation,
Fingerhut, Inc., Net Perceptions, Nellcor Puritan Bennett and First
Bank System (now U.S. Bancorp; NYSE: USB).
She is also an active member of the Carlson School International
Management Advisory Board, chair of the Twin Cities Human Resources
Executive Forum, member of the Society for Human Resource
Professionals, and on the non-profit board for Tubman. Hamm holds
an M.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the
College of Saint Benedict.
