FGP Ferrellgas Partners LP

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. (NYSE:FGP) today announced the declaration of its third quarter cash distribution of $0.50 per partnership common unit. The distribution marks the seventy-ninth consecutive $0.50 quarterly distribution and is payable June 13, 2014, to common unitholders of record as of June 6, 2014.

The distribution covers the period from February 1, 2014 to April 30, 2014, the partnership's third quarter of fiscal 2014. Ferrellgas' annualized distribution is currently $2.00 per common unit.

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., through its operating partnership, Ferrellgas, L.P., serves customers in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
