Distribution Deal with Footprint Media Holdings
Expands Catalog to over 200 Hours of Movies, Concerts, TV Shows and
Special Events Plus 100 Hours of Free Content all in Stunning 4K

NanoTech Entertainment (OTCPINK: NTEK), a pioneer in bringing

Studios, a NanoTech subsidiary, has entered into a global
distribution agreement with Footprint Media Holdings, an
international Entertainment Company and the owner of High 4K
,broadcasting in 4K Ultra HD. Under the agreement, UltraFlix™,
NanoTech’s all 4K Ultra HD IPTV and Over-the-Top (OTT) streaming
video service, will immediately add 70 new 15-minutes General
Entertainment episodes to its vast library of 4K offerings. In
addition, the deal provides for another 80 hours of native 4K Ultra
HD content from Footprint Media Holdings to be featured on the
UltraFlix channel later this year.
With the agreement, UltraFlix subscribers can enjoy the world's
most popular General Entertainment content in the comfort of their
living room. Produced in native 4K, Footprint Media Holdings
programs transport viewers from New York to New Delhi, Spain,
Africa and Hollywood, just to name a few; with the highest-quality
production values and cinematography available in the market
today.
