Rackspace® Hosting, Inc. (NYSE: RAX), the open cloud company, today announced
the company's 2014 annual meeting of stockholders will be webcast live from San
Antonio, Texas on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. (CDT).


The record date for the annual meeting is March 7, 2014. Stockholders of record
on that date are eligible to attend the meeting at Rackspace headquarters
located at 1 Fanatical Place, San Antonio, TX 78218.
