Independent Film Development Corporation Signs Christopher Frey to Advisory Board

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 2, 2014) - The Independent Film Development Corporation (OTCQB: IFLM), with a plan of operations to develop themed resorts and be a sales / distribution agent for digital films, announced today that it has signed Christopher Frey, a highly experienced consultant to resort developers in New York State, to its board of advisors.

Christopher Frey grew up in New York's Sullivan County Catskills during the region's heyday as a vacation destination. He worked at his grandparents' family resort near the Delaware River and later parlayed that experience into a three decade career working for such hospitality icons as Marriott, Hyatt, and Wyndham.

"His experience in the field as well as his connections on the ground has already proven to be invaluable to us," said IFLM CEO David Garland. "His work with developers in New York and other major destinations is second to none. Chris will be a welcome member of our Advisory Board as we move Hilltop Manor forward."

Frey is a specialist in hospitality start-ups. Prior to joining IFLM, he was a member of the launch team of St. George's Club of Bermuda at its New York City office. Additionally, he was the first sales manager at Bentley Brook Resort at Jiminy Peak in the Berkshires and created and managed the fractional real estate division at White Point Beach Resort, Atlantic Canada's largest family resort. He also was a leader on the pre-construction sales team at Hyatt's Coconut Plantation Resort in Bonita Springs, FL and a pioneer in the creation of a network of Canadian travel agents who marketed and sold resort real estate in the Dominican Republic. He will be assisting the IFLM management team during the initial planning stages of the Hilltop Manor project.
