(Go Charts Marine) effective today, January 13, 2014.  This merger agreement affords the Company the ability to expand its reach into the maritime and ecotourism industry with Visual Cruising Guides ability to bring to bear maritime expertise in the following: navigational charts, points of interest, fuel docks, marinas and other invaluable information for all of the coastal areas surrounding the continental United States.
