Viper Networks, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VPER), an intelligent LED lighting solutions provider, is pleased to announce that the Company has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary d/b/a Viper Agricultural Technology (VAT) for the development and manufacturing of turn key green house growing systems in partnership with Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc.

Although the Company first began developing their Fast Grow LED technology in Saudi Arabia for creating abundant vegetation for livestock feed throughout the Middle East, global demand for faster vegetation/plant growth from other industry sectors has positioned Viper Networks for greater expansion in multiple areas; including the rapidly developing market of legal marijuana growth and sales throughout the United States.

Currently there are twenty (20) Legal Medical Marijuana States throughout the U.S. and Washington D.C. along with numerous states with potential pending laws, amendments, propositions and/or legislation targeting voter approval. Additionally, Colorado and Washington State have legalized marijuana for recreational use too.

Viper Networks management (in partnership with Apollo Metro) has expressed plans to bring all manufacturing needs from their wholly-owned subsidiary Viper Agricultural Technology to Apollo Metro's new, larger manufacturing facility recently acquired in their home town headquarters located in Naples, Florida.

The Company also plans to release more comprehensive technical data along with prudent updates via their corporate website www.vipernetworks.com for the new Fast Grow LED technology.

As previously announced, Viper Networks expects to provide LED light order updates from recently completed successful pilot testing programs in Sri Lanka, additional new business development news from southeast Asia, U.S. manufacturing partner Apollo Metro and filing company financial statements to meet higher market listing requirements.
