Anyone ever figure out exactly what was "delivered?" Crazy how these deliveries are supposedly happening, yet there is no product or proof of product (s).

What happened to Saudi Arabia?
What was shipped to Sri Lanka? We never got the PO we were promised! Did the shipment arrive? How much was made/profits?
What was shipped to 21-Cities? Did that arrive? How much was made/profits?

Give it up. No worthwhile revenue is ever happening. Even after the EcoTech acquisition, they showed one quarter of revenue that was lower than it should have been. They announced 21 cities, what, close to 7 years ago and NOTHING has happened? Sri Lanka and middle east and Africa projects ad nauseum for the last 10+ years? Their financials still have incorrect information on them and have for years. They wouldn't even update their AS for a year and that was only after someone apparently reported them to OTC. The fact that they won't make their amazing announcements to the general public is just par for the course.

Really though, if Viper smart poles are installed in Sri Lanka and delivered to 21 Cities, there is going to HAVE to be some revenue showing soon. 3 Great updates today.

What has this company ever actually done to come across to anyone as a real company? People had hope until recently? VPER's past tells you all you need to know. The past 6 months for sure, prior to that, the past year easily indicates nothing is going to happen. Last two years? Multiple red flags. 5+ years? Same.
If you bought at anything above .0003 (really .0001), you're a bagholder. You screwed up. Accept it and move on.

Interesting. I called a while back during non-business hours and received an answering machine. It was a male voice, possibly Farid. That was when someone had said their line was disconnected. It wasn't obviously. But the only thing that has ever been realm to me is the 21vCities USA project. If all we have are the kitchen table dreams of overseas projects, I don't think wea have much to hope for. Smart pole delivery was supposed to be the 1st week of June. God knows when or if there is actually going to be a Viper installation at 103rd street.

So is the company been sold? How can any of this happen without a news bulletin etc...

I knew at some point they would need some serious outside sources for funding due to the scope of the work/materials outlined. I always figured it would be from Saudi or or some other Middle Eastern source.

I just called into Viper Networks,,,the receptionist was clueless and had to call me back...when she called back, she didn't have any information on Viper except that it was one of their companies under WM Investment group and no longer operates in the USA....shocking

5 to 6 weeks until Q2 numbers are due. Not sure how VPER is still "Pink Current" with the contradictions in their financials. The one "supporter" VPER had has disappeared.
Hard to speculate what may happen from this point. I could see a company name change and potentially a business plan change. I could see VPER just going silent, not publish financials, and then resurface after a year or two and get current. I could see them posting some actual revenue, but I believe they would immediately reverse split if that ever happened. And that may not be the worst thing in the world, although shareholders with less than millions of shares would be all but wiped out.

Just passing along info as I receive it. Palos Hills is still just an Orange Marker Pylon in front of the Bank of America on corner of 103rd and Roberts Road.

Now 2024 is half over and we have no news, or progressions on any of Farid's fallacies.

Class action? How many times in the past several years have I read that and on how many boards? Simply won't happen. People can sue all they want. Proving intentional deception by a subpenny is unlikely. Spending tens of thousands on a lawsuit that would net a couple thousand dollars at most? Spend the money on a P.I. first and see what kind of dirt there really is and what might be gained. VPER going away isn't going to hurt anyone associated with it.
Bagholders did no research. Did not heed the warnings. Greed makes people do stupid things, then they get mad and want their money back.

What are shareholders thoughts on a class action lawsuit against Vipernetworks, “whereas existing shareholders “blocked” on X/twitter”? Some of us have substantial money tied up in this, in fact as mush or more than most managerial personnel.

I am able to see the Vipernetworks site through other means, but the fact that Farid/management thinks they have the right to omit us seeing the Twitter site is wrong on so many levels.

Due to his inabilities to move any one of his endeavors along and lack of true communication(s) for almost (3) years is mind boggling.

After watching Biden the other night, I now have true concern(s) of Farid and his faculties. Not to mention the fact that the stock peaked out .06-.07 with 6 billion shares, and now diluted to it has 20 billion, barely 3/100th of a penny from going under.

May contact our lawyer this week to see what it will entail.

Company does everything right. It's the people who buy the stock that are doing the wrong thing. Years of financials that don't align with the years of PRs.

On another note the town of Palos Hills mentioned talks regarding Grant money in the latest minutes, and the national news has been commenting on the fact that not one rural internet connection has happed since they released the Biden build back. Maybe things are getting put in place, better do it before the election. Things are going to be very different come November.

In the financials there are stock shares given to a Scott Gibson, which is SAG Equities. It appears they do media marketing, which is who I believe Solar and the Stocktwit guy(s) were. I assume that they weren't able to accomplish the goal(s), so they either packed it in or were sent packing.

All Viper Networks needs to get this going, is to be honest, and forthright regarding the real product(s) and existing deals implemented. Hiding in the "Biden" basement has shown nothing but a lack of integrity of the CEO/Management.

Once he starts leveling with the public - things will get moving, not until though (some revenue and (long shot here - PROFIT) will do wonders.
