DMH International Announces New Software Development Team
DMH International Is Announcing That Upon the Successful
Completion of the Merger Between DMHI and Virtual Physicians
Network, Will McCullough and His Experienced Development Team Will
Take Over the Software Development of DMHI, Which Includes Touch
Medical Solutions and Virtual Physicians Network
CORAL SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwired - Nov 13, 2013) - DMH
International (OTCQB: DMHI) is announcing William McCullough and
his experienced development team will take over the future software
development of DMHI, which includes Touch Medical Solutions and
Virtual Physicians Network. McCullough's team has already begun
evaluating future version releases of Touch Medical Solutions and
expects to begin new development as soon as the merger between DMHI
and Virtual Physicians Network is complete.
George England, current President and COO of Virtual Physicians
Network and incoming CEO of DMHI, stated, "Will is an amazing
talent and has been an asset to the Virtual Physicians Network
team. We are thrilled to have him lead the development and
evolution of the combined technologies of Touch Medical Solutions
and Virtual Physicians Network. His vision allows us to take
advantage of the latest technology trends as well as keeping us
focused on staying ahead of the pack."
Mr. McCullough is currently the Chief Technology Officer for
Virtual Physicians Network. This year Virtual Physicians Network
launched a new mobile app designed for surgeons, hospitals and
medical vendors. Mr. McCullough has a successful background as an
entrepreneur with a focus on software and mobile app design and
development. Most recently, William was the CTO at MEDL Mobile, a
mobile design agency with clients such as Monster.com, Taco Bell,
Medtronic, Kohls, Walter Foster, and many celebrity clients.
Previously Mr. McCullough was the CEO of IQ Nest Inc., an Internet
technology incubator with over 100 employees, where he co-created
five patents in the fields of video streaming, data delivery, and
holographic imaging.
"The merger between DMHI and Virtual Physicians Network gives
our team the additional technology platform we envisioned as the
ultimate evolution of Virtual Physicians Network." Mr. McCullough
stated. "We always felt that a compelling mobile app available
across multiple platforms coupled with an EHR/EMR technology would
be the ultimate healthcare technology solution." Mr. McCullough
added. "Now with the merger of these two technologies we can
rapidly achieve our vision of becoming a leader in healthcare
information technology (HIT)," Mr. McCullough concluded.
There are over 100 million surgeries and procedures performed
every year in the U.S. in more than 6,000 hospitals and 5,000
surgery centers. There are also over 68,000 surgeons, 7,000 medical
device and pharmaceutical vendors and 2,000 medical associations
interacting in these 100 million surgeries and procedures. These
staggering numbers have created a very chaotic and inefficient
healthcare system leading to the need for intuitive and
user-friendly HIT solutions.
