We are pleased to announce that we have signed our first Representative Agreementin India with Mr. Jatinder Kumar. Mr. Kumar was a securities broker in Indiaand has extensive knowledge of the local market. The office is located in thecity of Ludhiana in the north region of India. Along with Mr. Kumar, Mr. PankajBhanot will be managing the local office establishing a presence for ElementTrading. Offering direct access to the U.S. equities markets, increasedleverage, and an institutional transaction rate make Element Trading the mostcompetitive equities trading firm in the India. Day trading in India has gained a great dealof popularity in the past few years and is steadily increasing, it is a perfecttime for Element Trading to establish a presence in India and I am very pleasedto be part of the initial operation here, said Mr. Bhanot. India is just oneof the many countries we are focusing to establish representatives in, we planon opening as many as five additional offices in India.
