The trial date for Vaccaro, Ruggeri and Berlly that had been scheduled for 9/30/24 has been postponed again. No new date has been set.

Off with their heads. We need a class action lawsuit!

The three holdouts haven’t plead guilty — Svorai’s sentencing is in October. Hagen will be released from prison also in October. Berly was sentenced to six months followed by 3 months probation and $10k fine.

What is there left to merge? The SEC revoked the stock registration and all of the shares were de-listed long ago. If there are any assets left, and that is highly doubtful, the old common shares are worthless.

What makes you think that there might be a merger.

No. Its stock registration was officially revoked by the SEC on June 9, 2023, and these shares are delisted. i.e. worthless.

It’s a single superseding indictment, which involves all these people commingling pubcos and their perspective roles that tied them to the financial criminal charges. I would say it’s all going into a fund and then distributed at the conclusion of the case. Idk what formula they’ll use, or if it’s X$ = Y% or some complicated differential scale.
