Smoky Market Foods, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMKY) announced today that it launched its advertising campaign with Weight Watchers and its ads are appearing in all sections of their website in timed rotation sequences. "We're tracking initial response data to our ads announcing our new product while building inventory for an introductory campaign promotion," said Eddie Feintech, Founder and CEO of the Company. "We're going to put a substantial amount of capital into getting people to sample our Smoke-Baked salmon, as dollar value return is the highest when someone tastes our quality. This will be done with introductory discounts and on-site sampling at member meetings," he continued. Weight Watchers is the first of many advertising and marketing affiliates that the Company plans to advertise or revenue-share with.

Relative to its operations and objectives including financing, Mr. Feintech provides the following guidance: "The revenue capacity of our existing smoker-oven system is approximately 60,000 orders of salmon product per month, which sells at $39 per bag of four entrée size fillets or four portion packages of flaked salmon. We are now in business and our objective is to use every dollar possible to create customers and get to a positive cash flow; we plan to reach at minimum 15% use of capacity in the coming months, which gets us profitable. By this Friday, we expect to file our 10Q for the second quarter, which gets SMKY current with SEC filings and the following week commence to sell our $5 million Preferred Stock offering. This next round of financing will enable SMKY to achieve and expand capacity, and to launch its Smoky Kosher brand in early 2012.

In the first week of October with SEC filings current, the Company intends to begin its process to up-list itself back to the OTCBB. To promote market awareness of the Smoky Market brand and Internet availability, as well as to promote investor awareness of its SMKY stock, the Company intends to begin hosting public and private Yummy Fests. The first public Yummy Fest is to be hosted in San Diego, CA in November, with more Yummy Fest events in 2012 to be hosted in major cities as the Company begins to place its retail packaged products into supermarket distribution.

ABOUT SMOKY MARKET FOODS Smoky Market Foods, Inc. is a producer and distributor of a complete line of real Smoke-Baked™ foods that are prepared authentically using a unique wood-burning oven system, and sold under the brand name of Smoky Market®. Because of its proprietary wood-burning oven technology, which burns freshly-cut hickory and apple timber to impart a genuine smoky flavor, the company's Smoke-Baked meat and fish are truly prepared the old-fashioned way, without the use of any additives or chemical preservatives. This aspect of quality wholesomeness in prepared food processing is a market niche feature. Smoky Market Foods, Inc. intends to build national brand distribution for its smoked foods through multiple channels of marketing that include retail distribution to consumers via on-line ordering from the Internet and point-of-sale display merchandising in supermarkets, and through development of a chain of BarBQ Diner modular restaurants, self-contained modular kitchens and mobile restaurants that do not cook raw food on site.
