approximately 6,000 sq. ft. in size as compared to Lucky 7's

retail space will allow for approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of storage
for inventory with the remaining 4,000 sq. ft. for the
retail operations that will sell name brand, clothing, general
merchandise, appliances, and electronics. Due to the size of the
outlet-retail space along with the potential consumers crossing the
border each day, we anticipate seeing the new Lucky 7's
Outlet store with daily sales from $5,000 to $10,000. With the progress in sales we
have experienced since the opening of our current Outlet-Retail
store, the approaching Holiday season, and the location of this new
Lucky 7's Outlet store, the next several months should see
significant gains in sales that should flow well into calendar year
