Visual Management Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VMSY), a leading developer,
manufacturer and provider of video surveillance technologies, is
pleased to announce that its national master distributor, Visual
Management Systems Dealer Group, LLC., has entered into a contract
with Security General International (SGI), a leading independent
distributor of security products, to represent and market
Intelligent Product Development Group (iPDG) Products.
Security General International has been building its business
for over 25 years. They operate 13 branches and service thousands
of security dealers and system integrators. In addition to product
sales, SGI offers various value-added services to better serve its
customers. Those services include systems design, technical
support, training courses as well as financing and lease options.
The contract affords SGI several forms of top-tier distributor
protection in consideration for attaining the minimum sales levels
of eighty-thousand dollars per month for the initial twelve months
and two-hundred thousand dollars per month for the following
twelve.
"I'm absolutely thrilled at the successes that VMS Dealer Group
is having. In the realm of independent distribution, it's difficult
to ask for a better partner than SGI. We have already begun
implementing programs to make sure that they are successful with
the iPDG product lines," said Jason Gonzalez, Visual Management
Systems, Inc.'s CEO.
SGI began stocking iPDG product in April and VMS Dealer Group
has attended several training sessions and counter days. "With the
new agreement in place, we are working with iPDG to coordinate a
full schedule of counter days, training sessions and integrator
meetings," said Millard Dumesnil III, President of VMS Dealer
Group. "We are going to have our people at their locations as often
as possible. We envision SGI as a gateway to the major markets and
are fully committed to making our products best sellers."
