Visual Management Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VMSY), a leading developer, manufacturer and provider of video surveillance technologies, is pleased to provide a status update on its recently unveiled products, the Conversation Station Teleconferencing Package, under development with HighSpeed Video Holding Corp., and the FlexTH, a mobile wireless surveillance management system based on the company's flagship software, the TrueHybrid(TM), both of which target residential and small business applications.

The latest version of the company's proprietary video and data compression software, which powers the residential and small-commercial platforms, has demonstrated measurable improvements in efficiency. The new generation software engine uses much less processing power but delivers improved results. This technical breakthrough has enabled iPDG, the software development arm of VMS, to effectively build its full-scale enterprise surveillance solutions from some of the smallest mobile platforms commercially available. The upgrades allow for software that provides enterprise-quality video storage, transmission and management in a micro-sized form factor. End users will benefit from mobility and performance enhancements at significantly lower prices. "Our aim was to have a full-scale rollout of the mobile product lines in the fourth quarter. I am thrilled to say that the latest results indicate we are on schedule to hit that target," said Jason Gonzalez, CEO of Visual Management Systems.

"Our lead developer has adapted his core software processes to optimize the efficiencies available in the processor and chipset platforms designed for mobile use," said Paul Clifton, iPDG Operations Director. He continued, "Since these products are intended for wireless use, we have been able to successfully integrate with other wireless products, reducing or eliminating many of the challenges associated with the installation of legacy products. Jason [Gonzalez] challenged me to have my team produce an effective and affordable, wireless solution for residential and small business use. I am happy to report I think we have delivered an 'open the box, turn it on and Boom! There you go' product."

Visual Management Systems aims to apply these combined teleconferencing and surveillance technologies in new verticals, such as financial services, sports and entertainment and telemedicine, as such the company is presently in discussions with sales organizations, distributors and service providers representing these verticals. "The ability to use small mobile form factors for transmitting and receiving hi-resolution video images is critical if surveillance technology is going to successfully be applied in applications such as remote management, remote interrogation, and remote medical consultations. The medical industry is of specific interest to us, as it represents an entirely new application for scalable remote video outside of the normal realm of security and loss prevention," said Jason Gonzalez, CEO of Visual Management Systems, Inc.
