Price to Sales Ratio (PSR)

Price to sales ratio is calculated as the previous day's closing share price divided by turnover per share. It can also be defined as market cap. divided by turnover.

The formula is as follows:

(share price /(turnover/shares in issue))/ 100

or

market cap. / turnover
