Commerce Bank Takes Security to the Next Level with March Networks

OTTAWA, ONTARIO, August 21, 2006 -- March Networks(TM) (TSX:MN; AIM:MNW), a
leading provider of Internet Protocol (IP)-based digital video surveillance
solutions, announced today that Commerce Bank has selected March Networks as the
enterprise standard for digital video surveillance throughout its more than 400
branches in the United States.

Commerce Bank is one of the fastest growing financial services retailers in the
United States. Since its inception in 1973, Commerce Bank has excelled at
offering a unique and successful retail model that has fueled the bank's
continued growth. Going forward, the bank is maintaining an aggressive expansion
