The Company has been informed today that Global Investments Limited has
purchased 125,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the recent
conversion of loan notes in the Company by Evolution Beeson Gregory Limited
into 200,000,000 new ordinary shares,Global Investments Limited's holding of 
125,000,000 ordinary shares represents approximately 28.95% of the enlarged 
issued share capital of the Company.
