Totally agree..if you become CEO in a multinational with over 1000 employees you need 6 months( even 1 year) to know divisions,strategy, management,etcetera...but with 28 people...hahaha..after 1 month you know everybody and should have strategy..after 3 months you should have results....28 people.

It’s clear that the new management is active, transparent (seen some mails to shareholders aswell!) and committed. Second time this calendar year somebody in the BOD can’t wait to exercise options!! Great believe in the company and a sign of insider trust!
