Share Dealings

Pacific Alliance China Fund Limited ("PACL" or the "Company") (AIM: PACL), the closed-end investment company admitted to trading on AIM, today announces the following dealings in the Company.

The Company has been informed that on 28 November 2014, Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund L.P. ("PAX LP"), an open-end fund organized in the Cayman Islands, purchased 5,037,298 of Company's ordinary shares, US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), at US$1.78 per share as part of the Company's Share Repurchase transaction which closed that same date.

Following that transaction, PAX LP held 15,323,217 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 13.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company has also been informed that on 13 February 2015, PAX LP sold 1,298,106 of the Company's Ordinary Shares at US$2.60 per share as part of the Company's Mandatory Share Repurchase transaction which closed that same date.

Following that transaction, PAX LP held 14,025,111 of the Company's Ordinary Shares representing 13.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.

PAX LP is managed by a fellow subsidiary of the Manager.
