Pacific Alliance China Land Limited ("PACL" or the "Company") (AIM: PACL) the closed-end investment company admitted to trading on AIM, today announces that on 28 May 2013, pursuant to the Company's Share Purchase Policy, PACL Trading Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, purchased a total of 3,701,029 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at an average price of US$1.69 per share.

Following this transaction, PACL Trading Limited holds a total of 61,454,349 Ordinary Shares held to replicate a treasury facility, which represents 32.37 per cent. of the Company's 189,833,893 Ordinary Shares in issue and as a result, total voting rights in the Company have been reduced to 128,379,544.
