                      EXERCISE OF OPTIONS 

Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has 
issued 200,000 ordinary shares of USD$0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary 
Shares") in respect of share options of the Nelson Resources Share 
Option Plan as of 30 September 2004.

The Company has been advised that Mr A. Kobdolov, an officer of the 
Company, exercised share options for 200,000 Ordinary Shares at an 
exercise price of Cdn$0.30 on 17 August 2004, with the issuance of 
shares taking place on 30 September 2004.

In addition, the Company has also been advised that a former employee 
has elected to exercise share options over 4,578,000 million Ordinary 
Shares at an exercise price of Cdn$0.21 on 25 October 2004.  The 
issuance of the shares is expected to take place in the middle of 
November 2004.

Accordingly, application has been made for 200,000 Ordinary Shares in 
the Company, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, 
to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). 
Admission will become effective and dealings are expected to commence 
at 8.00am on 10 November 2004. Further application for admission to 
trading on AIM of 4,578,000 Ordinary Shares will be made upon issuance 
of these shares.
