Jeff Clarkson and Simon George were today appointed as (Executive) Directors of
the Company.  Mark Schneider was today appointed as a (Non-Executive) Director
of the Company.

Rousseau and Chris Stylianou today all resigned as Non-Executive Directors of
the Company.
