Sale of ProSpreads Limited

Further to the announcement made on 13 September 2013, the Board of LCG is pleased to announce it has completed the sale of ProSpreads Limited, the Group's Gibraltar based subsidiary, to Apostar Holdings Limited.

The Board undertook the disposal to allow LCG to focus on its core businesses and consolidate its financial resources.

Kevin Ashby, CEO, London Capital Group plc, said:

"We are pleased to have successfully completed the exit of the ProSpreads business which was no longer core to our proposition.
