Completion of Placing and Directors' Shareholdings

London Capital Group is pleased to confirm that following the admission to trading on AIM of 13,333,333 Placing Shares at 8:00 a.m. today, it has successfully completed its Placing of approximately GBP8.0 million before expenses announced on 22 March 2011.

As part of the Placing, the following Directors in the Company subscribed for new ordinary shares in the Placing at the Placing Price of 60 p per share as follows:
