                  Appointment of Non-Executive Director 
 
 
The Board of London Capital Group Holdings plc is pleased to announce the 
appointment of Malcolm McCaig as a Non-Executive Director.  Malcolm (55) has 
worked extensively in the Financial Services sector and has valuable experience 
in the areas of risk management, regulatory compliance and IT.   He was a 
Partner at both Ernst & Young and Deloitte and has held senior management 
positions at Prudential, National Australia Bank and CIGNA and is currently the 
Chairman of Kent Reliance Building Society and an Audit Committee member at the 
House of Lords.  His Non-Executive Director portfolio also includes Unum, 
Renaissance Capital and Crest Nicholson. His appointment is subject to FSA 
regulatory approval. 
Commenting on the appointment, Simon Denham, CEO, said: "We are delighted to 
welcome Malcolm to the Board. His knowledge and expertise will be a valuable 
asset to the Group both in ensuring enhanced corporate governance and assisting 
with our continued growth ambitions in the UK and overseas. " 
Save as disclosed below, there are no additional disclosures to be made in 
accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM rules for Malcolm McCaig.
