IFR Capital Plc ("IFR" or the "Company") (AIM: IFR) is pleased to announce that
the appointment of the following executive directors, Claus Johann Schlueter
(aged 54) and Juergen Karl Glaser (aged 56), was ratified at its Board meeting
yesterday. Their appointment is expected to be registered in Cyprus shortly.



Both are directors of the following companies within the IFR group, and have not
held any other directorships or partnerships within the last five years.

As of the date of this announcement Claus Schlueter is interested in
approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company and Juergen Glaser is interested in
approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company.



No further disclosures are required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM
Rules.
