                                A G M Statement


Graham Gilbert, the Chairman and Chief Executive of ComputerLand, will today
make the following comments on current trading to shareholders at the Annual
General Meeting to be held at 10am at Discovery House, Mere Way, Ruddington,
Nottingham, NG11 6JW.




"Trading during our first quarter to 31 July 2006 has been in line with our
expectations, with both sales and profits ahead of the corresponding period last
year. In June 2006 we announced that we had won our largest managed services
contract with the mobile telephony provider O2. I am pleased to confirm that we
have now agreed a formal contract with O2 and service delivery has started. This
contract, and other recent wins, gives your Board confidence that our contracted
services revenues will show significant growth during the current year. Overall
your Board is optimistic about our prospects for the current financial year."
