Directors Shareholding

On 21 April 1999 Mr K Hopkinson (an executive director) bought 10,000 ordinary
shares of 10p each in Cassidy Brothers at 36p per share. Following this
purchase Mr Hopkinson's total holding in Cassidy Brothers PLC is 31,110
ordinary shares (representing  0.56 per cent of the issued ordinary share
capital).

The Company was informed on 21 April 1999.
