I am hopeful that there is good upside with long term potential as usually oil and gas is pretty lucartive in Texas so being able to get in on the ground floor of investing

Yes, there is one hell of a lot of folks wanting those 4s but soo they will learn their fate of not getting any 4s and possible not any 5s or 6s if they don't grabbing those 5s.
